Insurance & Payment Information

All Smiles Family Dental Center is out-of-network with all dental insurance plans and no longer accepts assignment of benefits.

As a courtesy, we will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf; however, payment is expected at the time services are rendered, regardless of insurance coverage. Any reimbursement from your insurance company will be sent directly to you.

Most dental procedures involve a patient co-payment or out-of-pocket expense. Patients should be prepared to make payment at each visit.

For larger treatment plans, such as dentures, crowns, and implant procedures, we may be able to divide payments into two or three installments, depending on the treatment provided.

We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and CareCredit financing.
